Bought my son a RC18 and it came with extra ew bodies painted one was a horrible job so I got out the DOT 4 brake fluid and went to town. This is what I ended up with in the end. Its all in pearls you cant tell in the photo.

The more I thought about it... can you answer me a question... aside from slopping on the DOT4... what removal prep pre and post did you do to get the paint to adhere well?

TIME!!! Slop it on and wait 20 minutes, slop, wait, wipe, slop wait, etc.... No elbow grease required just patience and keep the shell well moistened. Yes the paint sticks like new after all the paint is gone. Wash with dish soap and water. I dried it and then cleaned with windex to make sure all brake fluid is gone.

Easy to do. When summer comes we also will have a tough time keeping bodies on the trucks.
