Fire destroys Cox. home
COXSACKIE — An early morning fire Friday destroyed a home at 38 Ichabod Crane Circle at Sleepy Hollow Lake in Coxsackie, according to a fire official and witness at the scene.
The call came in as a dryer fire just before 3 a.m. and quickly spread to the rest of the home, according to Coxsackie Hose Co. No. 3 First Assistant Chief Shawn Burdick.
