Upon popular request, Science and Hobby has brought back the Carpet track.
We have undergone major changes to our store retail layout so to accomodate with as much space as possible to run the cars around. Please bear with us in the next few weeks. We are having the carpet treated and cleaned. Please show respect for it as even though it presently looks trashed and "cheap" in actuality the carpet is a specialized expensive high grade RC race surface.
ALL CARPET RACING WILL COST 5.00 PER DAY PER PERSON PER CLASS FOR USE OF SPACE.
We feel this is a very fair price since it also included electrical power for chargers and table space for drivers. Please note: the work tables will share 2 racers when there is a large crowd, or you may use 1 full table if space permits.
RACE LEAGUE NIGHTS WILL COST $7.00 PER PERSON. This includes track fees, and transponder rental. More classes raced by a driver will be an additional $3.00

SPEC CLASS: Silver can 27 turn motor, 2400 mah 6 cell NiMh pack.
MOD/Brushless: 17.5 motor, 1 cell or 2 cell (micro)lipo (to be decided soon)
The "S.C.C." as known as "SILVER CAN CLASSIC" is a package deal.
This will be a Shop- moderated race class (DaveESPI or ZAC are the Race Directors) and the package must be purchased @ Science and Hobby.
Science and Hobby will be offering the following as a specialy priced "buy-in" for all who want to race in this special class.

This class is just designed to be VERY LOW BUDGET and focused on the fun aspect of a level playing field.
ALL CLASSES have a required $7.00 each day for transponder rental and track use for timed racing and any open practice when not racing (practice and hotlaps if track is available) all season long)
Track time is just $5.00 a day.
