What have you broken lately?

I finally broke something "structural" on my E-Maxx.
I'm not really sure how or when, but I snapped an A-arm.
I wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't made the steering kind of random.
You gotta love a truck that keeps on "trucking" even with a trashed suspension!

Yeah, it was. I guess it's not that impressive, but I had fun :P

Some how I managed not to break anything on my 2nd E-Maxx tonight @ Sci-Hob, but
I think it's only a matter of time with the crazy Novak 5.5 setup the previous owner put in it. I did get it good and dirty though. A couple people had mentioned how clean it was for a used truck... Not any more!

i broke stock arms on all of my maxx trucks first time out bashing with all of them.....
man i need to get out to s&h and chill

That truck was so loaded down with dirt that I am surprised that you noticed it was broken !!!

I dont have any monster trucks... but I can say that we are constantly breaking parts... usually 2-3 a run day at our track...LOL

I guess it really was just a matter of time.

MadDog, my son, and I were messing around with our Maxxes in a nice big parking lot.
The truck with the Novak 5.5 setup will wheelie forever and it's fast. I had run out of parking lot but, when I let it down off the wheelie bar to turn around, it took a bad hop, cartwheeled several times and ended up in pieces... literally! The stock bulks and skid plate all broke, so the rear third of the truck came completely off : (

The good part is I already had some aluminum parts waiting to replace them : )
Hopefully I'll get some more bashing in with it this weekend.

The rock hill at the state museum is tougher than it looks in pics.
I learned that a Novak 5.5 pro brushless setup will twist up a half-shaft like a drink straw, if you've got a spool in the diff and get a tire wedged in between some big rocks. I should have known that'd happen.
I'm going to have to make some changes before I go back there : )
